General Meetings
General Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at St. James Church Hall, Route 9, Hyde Park, New York,
starting at 9:00 am, ending approximately 2:00 pm. Bring a bag lunch and mug. Coffee and desserts are provided.
Snow Policy
If there is a Hyde Park school cancellation or Hyde Park school delay, the meeting for the first Wednesday of the month
is postponed to the second Wednesday, same place, same time. If the second Wednesday has a school cancellation or delay,
the meeting for that month is cancelled. Do not assume that a delay means that the meeting will be held.
Often we are dealing with the parking lot not being able to be cleared in time for our meeting.
Scarlett O'Hara Group
This group meets the third Friday of the month from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at the homes of different members.
The purpose of the group is to encourage each other to finish those forgotten, unfinished projects.
Scarlett’s motto was, "I’ll think about it tomorrow." We hope to finish things before they become candidates
for Rhett Butler’s, "Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn!"
Starr Stitchers
Meets every Wednesday (except the Wednesday of the regular chapter meeting) at the Starr Library in Rhinebeck,
68 West Market Street, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a stitch=-in. Bring your project and items to share,
socialize and have fun. We meet in the community room downstairs, accessible by elevator.
